MindYourPass B.V. processes your personal data for the purpose of:
Goal A: to be able to provide our service
Purpose B: to secure and optimize the website of MindYourPass B.V.
Purpose C: to inform you about new services and products from MindYourPass B.V.
MindYourPass B.V. processes your personal data on the following legal basis:
For purpose A: the processing of personal data is necessary for the execution of an agreement.
For purpose B: the processing of your personal data is necessary to represent the following legitimate interests of MindYourPass B.V.: the proper security and protection of our website and the optimal provision of our services.
For purpose C: consent of the data subject. As a data subject, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time.
For the service we may ask you to fill in certain information. In particular, we may ask to fill in your email address in order to (one time only) send you an email. Your email address is not stored after sending the email. We may also ask you for your email address as a way to identify yourself and to display your email address in your account. The email address is never stored or shared.
Sometimes we ask you to fill in additional information to inform you about MindYourPass. We always explain the need for this additional information as well as how it is processed and/or stored. This extra information is always optional and is always explicitly stated so.
MindYourPass B.V. does not provide personal data to third parties other than pursuant to the law, at your request or to processors commissioned by MindYourPass B.V. to perform certain activities (such as the e-mail service provider, the hosting party, the CRM provider and the accounting provider).
We process payments through our bank. In this way, we periodically share the necessary personal data with our bank.
MindYourPass B.V. will keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes we mention in this statement or to comply with legal (retention) obligations.
MindYourPass places specific cookies on its website. This only concerns functional and analytical cookies. They help in functionality and are intended to gain insight into the operation and effectiveness of the website. No data is collected that can be used to track individual users.
The website uses functional cookies to enable you as a user of our website to use the functionality of the website. These cookies are necessary to display the requested web pages and the associated functionalities, or to perform the requested service.
Visiting data is kept on the MindYourPass website. In this context, the IP address of your computer, the time of retrieval and data sent by a visitor's browser can be registered and used for statistical analysis of visiting and clicking behavior on the website. This data is used to optimize the website. We only use Google Analytics to perform such analysis. We use the privacy-friendly settings of Google as advised by the Dutch Data Protection Authority. The results of this will be made available to us anonymously by Google. Google uses Standard Contractual Clauses. MindYourPass is currently investigating how and which additional safeguards can be implemented in this regard. You have the right to submit a request to us to inspect, correct and/or delete the personal data that we process about you. In addition, you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data and to object to the processing of your personal data. As a data subject, you also have the right to request MindYourPass to receive the personal data that you yourself have provided to MindYourPass in a structured, common and machine-readable form, so that you can provide this personal data to another controller if you wish.
MindYourPass has designed its products in such a way that no personal data needs to be stored. Some personal data is only stored temporarily and then immediately deleted, or one-way encryption (hashing) is applied. MindYourPass does not have a key to decrypt the encrypted information. This data can therefore not be corrected, viewed by and provided to data subjects.
A request for inspection, correction and/or removal, or limitation and objection, can be submitted in writing by e-mail. You can make a request for data portability by submitting a request via email.
