MindYourPass Terms — The NLDigital Terms

MindYourPass uses the NLDigital Terms. The NLDigital Terms and Conditions are the standard general terms and conditions for the ICT industry. They are deployed by 2,000 IT companies in the Netherlands and cover all essential themes. The NLDigital Terms contribute to the success of ICT projects, including through a clear, fair and market-based distribution of responsibilities and risks between supplier and client.
