For the service, we ask you to fill in certain details. Sometimes we ask you to fill in additional information to inform you about MindYourPass. This extra information is always optional and is always explicitly stated as such.

MindYourPass B.V. does not provide personal data to third parties other than by law, at your request, or to processors who perform certain activities on behalf of MindYourPass B.V. (such as the e-mail service provider, the hosting party, the CRM provider and the accounting provider).

We process payments via our bank. This is why we periodically share the necessary personal data with our bank.

MindYourPass B.V. will keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes we mention in this statement or to comply with legal (storage) obligations.

MindYourPass places specific cookies on its website. This only concerns functional and analytical cookies. They help with functionality and are intended to gain insight into the operation and effectiveness of the website. This does not collect data that can be used to track individual users.

Analytical cookies

Visiting data is kept on the MindYourPass website. In this context, in particular, the IP address of your computer, the time of retrieval and data that a visitor's browser sends can be registered and used for statistical analyses of visit and click behavior on the website. You have the right to submit a request to us to view, correct and/or delete the personal data that we process about you. In addition, you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data and to object to the processing of your personal data. As a data subject, you also have the right to request MindYourPass to receive the personal data that you have provided to MindYourPass in a structured, common and machine-readable form so that you can provide this personal data to another controller if you wish.

MindYourPass has designed its products in such a way that no personal data has to be stored. Some personal data is only temporarily stored and then deleted immediately, or one-way encryption (hashing) is used. MindYourPass does not have a key to decrypt the encrypted information. This data can therefore not be corrected, viewed by and provided to data subjects.

A request for inspection, correction and/or deletion, or limitation and objection, can be submitted in writing by email. A request for data portability can be made by submitting a request via email.
