We process payments via our bank. This is why we periodically share the necessary personal data with our bank.

Visiting data is kept on the MindYourPass website. As a data subject, you also have the right to request MindYourPass to receive the personal data that you have provided to MindYourPass in a structured, common and machine-readable form so that you can provide this personal data to another controller if you wish.
MindYourPass has designed its products in such a way that no personal data has to be stored. Some personal data is only temporarily stored and then deleted immediately, or one-way encryption (hashing) is used. MindYourPass does not have a key to decrypt the encrypted information. This data can therefore not be corrected, viewed by and provided to data subjects.

A request for inspection, correction and/or deletion, or limitation and objection, can be submitted in writing by email. A request for data portability can be made by submitting a request via email.
