Our pricing is based on the number of users and a duration of 12 months. You simply choose the package that suits your organization — metering alone, password manager or the complete 2.0 solution. We charge no hidden costs and offer technical implementation and support as standard. For longer periods, a discount is possible.
MindYourPass is flexible. You can easily add or remove users when your team changes. We don't immediately calculate everything: smaller teams start with 2, 3, 4, or 5 licenses.Then we work with logical steps:
- up to 30 users → per 5
- up to 100 users → per 10
- up to 500 users → per 25
- over 500 users → per 50
This way, it remains organized and scalable, without having to report every change.
