How does MindYourPass pricing work?

Our pricing is based on the number of users and a duration of 12 months. You simply choose the package that suits your organization — metering alone, password manager or the complete 2.0 solution. We charge no hidden costs and offer technical implementation and support as standard. For longer periods, a discount is possible.

We want to change the number of people in our team. How does that work?

MindYourPass is flexible. You can easily add or remove users when your team changes. We don't immediately calculate everything: smaller teams start with 2, 3, 4, or 5 licenses.Then we work with logical steps:

up to 30 users → per 5
up to 100 users → per 10
up to 500 users → per 25
over 500 users → per 50

This way, it remains organized and scalable, without having to report every change.

Can I also use MindYourPass privately?

Yes, it's completely free. Everyone can use MindYourPass for private purposes — including employees of organizations that use it for business.
